Ultimately, the decision to consider medication is yours to make, and you will need to pursue and explore this independently.

Workshops

Dr Jonell Smith offers a variety of workshops, training seminars and psychological group interventions. Workshops can be individually designed based on the client's (the organisation and/or group of individuals) needs, goals and preferences. Group-work can be a beneficial means to reach out to larger groups of people who are in need of increasing psychological awareness, learning skills to manage difficulties, promoting common humanity of mental health, and developing self-care.
